1Create a support ticket

Send account access, wish list, sharing, scanner, maps, or privacy issues to MagicWish Support. Your ticket appears in the admin support queue and notifies our support inbox.

2Account and sign-in

MagicWish supports OTP sign-in and optional passkeys. If you cannot sign in, request a new OTP, check the email address you entered, and make sure your device has an active internet connection.

3Adding wishes

You can add a wish by scanning a barcode, taking a product photo, or entering item details manually. If product details are incomplete, you can edit the wish and add price, store, URL, notes, or location.

4Sharing and privacy

Wish lists can be kept private or shared with friends where supported. Public item links only show safe wish details when the item is configured for link sharing.

5Maps and locations

Location is used only when you choose to tag a store, use your current location, pick a map location, find nearby stores, or view directions.
